Cashmere is known as Pashmina in Nepal. Standard Cashmere products in Shawls range are made of 70% Cashmere & 30% silk , 80 % Cashmere & 20% Silk, 100% Silk, 100% Cashmere etc. The higher percentage of Cashmere keeps material light and truly seasonless and lovely feeling when touched !

Sweaters and knitwears, are all 100 % Pure Cashmere. This is our Guarantee. If Laboratory tested, the result will be above 90 % pure Cashmere.

What is your main manufacturing products ?

a) Shawl, Scarf, wraps, muffler in weaving and knitting.

b) In knitwears: All basic design sweaters and dresses. And we make according to your design and color.



What kind of fringe do your items have in Shawls/Scarves?

All our pieces, shawl and wraps category, have the standard three-inch long twisted and knotted fringe, unless you specify otherwise. We can also make a 3/4 inch open fringe, or no fringe at all.

Colors

Since we dye by hand and match to master color samples, dye batches can vary by 5 percent. Nature of Hand Made : It is to be understood that there can be some variation on weaving, dyeing or in finishing due the nature of hand made. Some pieces can vary even if they belong to the same category. We follow: Pantone TPX and Pantone plus color cards.

How do we take order?

We accept international orders and international shipping costs (and any customs charges in destination country) must be paid by the customer. We will deliver either by Air Express Courier (UPS, DHL, FedEx - Door to Door service) or by air Cargo , according to the customer's wishes.


What is the mode of payment?

Payment shall be made by Wire Transfer to our Bank Account.

According to the export rules and regulation of Government of Nepal, we the exporter have to submit Foreign Currency Income Certificate at the time of custom clearance. The certificate has to be issued by our bank.

How you manage shipping and handling?

All Cashmere purchases are shipped via Courier (United Parcel Service, DHL, FedEx ) or Air Cargo.

How about delivery period?

The goods on stock can be dispatched immediately. But the goods not in stock can be dispached 25 to 45 days, depending upon the quantity, from the date of 100 % payment received into our Bank Account.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns are accepted for exchange. Please send the item within 20 days from the received date.
